biology leaves each great great grandchild 100% the last generation added with parents being compounding interest of 2 parents 50%, 4 grandparents 25%,
8 great grandparents 12.5%, 16 great great grandparents 6.25%.
that is a universal constant. DNA reflects that making each addition to the population never a duplicate of anyone being part of that combined result.
Your one track mantra won't apply rule of 72 compounding interest formula to genetic timing of ever changing population present. My instinctive brain did.
