I don't see this as good news.  I really would like to be free of China.  It would be good to partner with other countries and take our critical industries back.  I just want Pharmaceuticals, Semiconductors and Auto Manufacturing here in the US.  Is that too much to ask???

The former infrastructure aint just sitting there ready to be re-opened it was torn down & redeveloped into condos, parks, and shopping centers.

It will take many years & Billions investment to rebuild that from ground up.
