White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller summarized all this in a recent post on X: “You have been watching the greatest economic master strategy from an American president in history.” But the Wall Street Journal editorial page opined Friday, “The reality is that Mr. Trump is making it up as he goes, and it would help if he had an actual strategy to deal with China in particular.”

Another Veghead classic: copy two headlines, grunt out “so g’dammned stupid,” and slap a nickname on someone like that counts as analysis. Always a joy to see the intellectual heavy lifting outsourced to rage and recycled insults.

 So here's a question—one you almost certainly won’t answer, but let’s pretend for sport:

Do you actually think Trump’s trade strategy with China lacks coherence entirely, or do you believe it's chaotic by design as a negotiating tactic? Or are we just hurling insults today and skipping the thought part entirely?
