China is a country in serious trouble both socially and economically.

Their younger population doesn't have a hard-on for communism

we should do everything possible to destabilize their government on both fronts

I'd prefer that the Hardliners like PooBear Jinping clamp down Stalin-hard on their 1.3 Billion people.  We don't need Chinese youth running amuck in the world.  Let 'em fail.  Oh, but import some of those Taiwan Semiconductor chip-makers to work in Arizona.  We can trade several thousand Mexican yard workers for them.
