But fact is, the JUDGES IN THE APPEAL even had to ask "who was defrauded here?" and FAT TISH had NO ANSWER, so the odds on favorite is that the ENTIRE CASE WILL BE TOSSED and Trump will OWN the NY State Rainy Day fund.
