I think it is great.  IN the case of Trump the bank, according to the loan officer, did their thing, made money, and followed their own assessment.  I am soryy you don't agree that we hold our prosecutors to the same standard that guys like Trump are held to.

There was no "loan officer"...Grifty was not allowed to do business with DB's commercial bank....after defaulting on $750 million - AND THEN SUING THE BANK.

There was a flunky from DB's wealth management operation, testifying for the defense....the one which had paid the Wealth Management division millions in fees....for providing loans against false documentation.
