There was no "loan officer"...Grifty was not allowed to do business with DB's commercial bank....after defaulting on $750 million - AND THEN SUING THE BANK.

There was a flunky from DB's wealth management operation, testifying for the defense....the one which had paid the Wealth Management division millions in fees....for providing loans against false documentation.


James is being referred for the documents she provided. Grifty admitted, under oath, that his own were worthless.
