Lightcell...Why hasn't this tech gained traction?

Why hasn't this tech gained traction? 4/17/25 Five....
It is comparable to Henry Ford's Hemp Car's powered by sustainable hemp fuel that the energy oligawks of the day said NOPE too.
If this works, it is a glorious green solution for humanity. If you had it in an electric boat you could fill a balloon with hydrogen and fly away from the sharks when it is sinking. Hell, the solid state combustion engine might even double as a flotation device.
I keep this video bookmarked in my "Employment" folder for some reason. I first saw it a few months ago, and recalled a similar device that was fueled by propane being considered as a power plant for small UAV's 20 years ago. In sincerity to all, I think there is a future in light cell technology.
