The Trump administration skipped over requirements, including offering to hold a hearing, when applying financial penalties related to civil rights violations.

Now many will assume that I am a Constitution/Due Process purist, but I see in this flagrant abuse an opportunity.

Think in terms of Cost/Benefit. 

Is Harvard, and it's standing as one of the world's elite institutions of higher learning which draws the best and brightest from the entire planet to its research departments, not a small price to pay for the long term gain?

Imagine, in Jan. 2029, when President Amy Klobuchar starts selectively stripping Grifty and his dim minions of their constitutional protections.

Surely there is a labor camp on a frozen bog, somewhere in Free Ukraine, where the inmates work naked all year.....mining gravel with their nails.

1. Level 1 – Remembering:
   No problem here. You recall that Harvard is elite and Trump has supporters. That’s the easy part.
2. Level 2 – Understanding:
   Yes, we’re tentatively here. You are interpreting a hypothetical abuse of due process as a kind of reverse karma scenario, tying it into the prestige of Harvard and the broader implications of constitutional erosion. There's some actual conceptual framing going on. Big day. You are still a moron. 
3. Level 3 – Applying:
   Nope. You are not applying the principle beyond Harvard or give any real-world policy comparisons. No legal precedent, no historical analogy, just... frozen gravel-mining in Free Ukraine.
4. Levels 4–6 (Analyzing, Evaluating, Creating):
   Still light-years away. No structured breakdown of opposing views. No weighing consequences. No synthesis. Just a vivid dystopian image with a snarky smirk.

But do you believe any institution—Harvard included—is worth compromising the legal foundation that protects everyone, regardless of political affiliation? Where do you draw the line between accountability and authoritarianism?
