It is designed to assure hardship on you. You're not gonna like it in the long term.

Closing the border to illegals probably isn't going to affect me adversely.

Keeping the homos from runnin' wild probably won't even affect most homos adversely either.

The hardships endured by a few south o' the border escapees and a few half-nekked pride dudes is deserved.
