Even though it doesn't mention "stocks" by name, it doesn't SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDE THEM IN THEIR PORTFOLIO and uses the term "SECURITIES" as a hedge to NOT show that they actually COULD own EQUITY BASED STOCK!!
