2. Has a street name.

3. Has a gang rank.

4. Has a gang tattoo.

5. Hanging out with other MS 13 members. MS 13 members can only hang out with other MS 13 members or those about to become members.

6. Pulled over in TN for speeding. Cops find 8 people in the vehicle but NO suitcases. Garcia claims they left texas 3 days earlier going to a construction site in MD for work.
