My bottom line on this - I can see both sides. I think it will be tested in the Supreme Court. I will be interested to read the opinions that come out of that battle.
THE bottom line: He's being deported for wrongthink. That's woke.

...Now, if he threatens to withhold money to safeguard a religious group from violence on their campuses, I do not see this as regulation of free speech. Honestly, I'm not sure what it is or how it would be viewed from a Constitutional perspective. I'm open to reading intelligent opinions about this.
Since NOT ONE JEW has suffered anything beyond feigned panic, feigned victimhood, and butthurt, I think the issue is moot whether anyone is being protected. Someone is being ELEVATED. Trump can (and does) verbally fellate jews all day long as a private citizen. As a president, he has no right to elevate them above others. If Americans cannot organize economic boycotts of israel , AS THEY DID AGAINST SOUTH AFRICA, WHICH WAS ALSO APARTHEID, without risking governmental sanction, then israel owns the US and the US is israel's bitch.
And that is the situation on the ground. The US is israel's bitch - and trump is sucking off netanyahu noisily and publicly and shamelessly. It goes without saying that rubio is likewise on that dick (among others).
It's the ADL doing the defining. And they are literally making it "anti-semitic" to speak against israel's genocide. The ADL is an unregistered agent of a foreign government - as is AIPAC. Right before his murder, Kennedy pointed this out and took a hard stand that they had to register as foreign agents, limiting their ability to influence government through bribes. I mean contributions.

The next problem with it is what role the Constitution gives a president in telling the **** public what to think and how to think it.
Like I said, I think the President, like any individual US citizen, has the right to tell people what he thinks, or even what they should think. That is Trump's right to freedom of expression. However, if that "expression" turns to threats with physical or economic consequences, then I think it crosses the line and is no longer just Trump talking.
He cut off billions from harvard. That's economic consequences, writ large.

I agree with you on this. But, I see such a discussion or debate position devolving into a debate merely about semantics and definitions.
I am not the one who hijacked the word Semite. That's the zionists - all the way. And they did it for a reason. They are supremacists who believe God gave them dominion over Christians, and they insist that we make it "worse" to hate jews than to hate ***. People who hate *** are seen as backwards. People who hate jews are seen as evil. And this is not an accident - and the word "anti-Semitism" is an important thread in the tapestry of jewish supremacy that requires tugging. I'm a **** tugger.
