Milwaukee went much the same way back in 1970s/1980s ..
Once the black people moved in everybody else sold cheaper moved out the suburbs.
Today Milwaukee anything north of 94 East/West Freeway is a ten by ten square miles of "Crack Ghetto" all the way to the COUNTY LINE
