So 50 states of America is actually a minority population to global numbers since it is only 340 million legal citizens mostly immigrants from the eastern and western European, western and eastern Asian continent, African continent. Most native Americans can possibly be traced back to Mayan civilization that imploded because they also ignored the natural process of evolving as genetically timed apart now.
PRISONS & Jails some people really need be "Locked-UP" in that way because they aint never gonna "Change" either..
