France has admitted it would take it seven years to field one combat ready battalion. The entire continent of Europe has only two armies capable of making war - and one of those has all but destroyed the other. NATO has been exposed for a paper tiger. The whole of NATO was unable to beat Russia, though they fed millions of hapless CoupKrainians into the Machine.
