I guess you learned this in the Unicorn-tarian Church where they teach revisionist history, trans-mania, that Jesus was using his Universal Translator from Star Trek, and broadcasting to the world on Universalisam TV. 

If you actually read the Sermon on the Mount, and also read the Old Testament, you will see that Jesus makes a bunch of references to the Old Testament Book of Psalms in this Sermon.

 Leviticus 19:1818 “‘Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against anyone among your people, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord./////////////

He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46 If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47 And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others?
