I did 60 days sober recently. The AA phoolks are 100% sure the Higher Power is a White dude with a beard and totally benevolent.
The Friday night binges have creeped back in. I need a managing alcoholism group. I do like bourbon but learned I better stick to beer.
I lost 8 lbs giving up sugar. Hoping my A1C is down. My pants are on the ground and I need to put another notch in my belt.
