You're a bad guesser, so let me clue in Mr. Clueless. Mom was in the United States illegally. Apparently the kid's father was here legally. The mother could have opted to leave the child with his father. But, no, she didn't elect to do that. The mom ELECTED to bring her child back with her. Because this is a FREE COUNTRY, mothers from other countries are allowed to bring their kids back to the country they came from.
