I worked for a Negro Defense Contractor in the 1980s and have a book full of truthful stories to tell you.
In short, Mister Williams had no choice but to fire his hand picked Negro Foremen / All Negro Crews who almost destroyed his business [several times] and bring in competent WHITE FOREMEN  / White employees in order to save his business.
The term "AFRO-AMERICAN ENGINEERING" was probably invented back then.

When you hire based on race you are going to get the quality of individual that would take a job based on their race. Being chosen for my race would make me ashamed as a mother ****. Knowing my race had a factor rather than my skill, character, and training. I wouldn't accept such a job unless desperate. I imagine a black employer hiring based on race would attract some marginal and angry talent. Any brother I've known would find that disgusting.
