its not that complicated
its just the one party systems way to scare people from voting for an alternative to them
it would illuminate the old “you are just throwing your vote away”
I would prefer ranked voting in the general and primaries
but it could get the job done if only used in the primaries
Tell us about the BALLOTS that get TOSSED when the count has to go 3,4,5 rounds to "get to a winner"!! And then you have YOUR VOTE not even counting for anything!!
