You know, I have to blame Richard Nixon for the China fiasco. It all started with him. One of his objectives was to open up trade with China. He saw it as a huge untapped supply of cheap labor and many people just dying to buy American products. Dick was a pretty clever person too, however, he didn't have any clue about the Chinese or the CCP. They played him and every president after him like a fiddle. He was just the first "useful idiot" to help the Chinese in destroying industrial America.
Maybe Bill Clinton should have NEVER let them into the WTO? Bush and Obama enabled them to become the economic POWER that they have become... and HOW LONG should they have been permitted to maintain "Most favored trading status" EVEN when they let it be known it was thier GOLD to dominate the world? YOU would THINK SOMEONE before Trump should have done something... BUT, they didn't !
