Yeah, I know, I've had people show me the "right way" to shoot Glocks. But, here's the thing, I'll beat the pants off of most good shooters using a tricked out Glock with my Sig X-Five Competition. There simply is no comparison. I'm an average shooter - nothing spectacular, but I've done a fair amount of shooting, games, etc. The Sig makes me feel like I'm freaking cheating when I go up against the Glock boys. I have an advantage in my son in law,the Sooper Trooper. Being issued G17s and 43xs they had instructors to teach them. He brings all of his training to our range days.
Don't get me wrong, Glocks are good guns and great for the military for several good reasons. But, I've never been all that good with one, and its never been my go-to gun.
