There's no way that bear could afford a chain gun, they cost thousands. So where could a hapless bear get that kinda loot doing two shows a night in a circus? Huh? And he'd have to pay taxes and then the 200 dollar fed tax on machine guns! He'd have to get a job pumping gas!
