A couple of simple documents would take care of the transfer. Just have whoever is interested and Kfools sign an NDA so the buyer will know what he's actually getting. Price? I'll leave that for whoever is really interested to decide whether its fair or not. Anyone who actually buys it will be concerned that the forum has been down for so long.
