Which lie are you willing to tell - that the US did not fund "moderate rebels" (terrorists)? Because to mouth-**** the lie that Russia's INVITED "interference" in Syria was the cause of Syria's failure, you have to also sign on to the lie that there were no US funded "moderate rebels" - meaning radical islamic terrorists, play like you're grown - attacking that government.
So it basically fell because of internal strife - not because the US trained, funded, armed, and supported ISIS and ISIL and al qaieda and other "moderate rebels" from outside the country (mostly Iraq and saudi arabia)? Yeah?
Is that the lie you're willing to pretend to believe? You DO understand I have posted stories from Haaretz and the Jerusalem Times detailing that the IDF was providing triage and rearmament to the "moderate rebels," yes? And that ISIS, ISIL, Al Qaieda - whatever name you want to put to US/audi/israeli terror proxies - have never in their history ONCE attacked Israel?
How do you explain that? Why are these "moderate rebels" that we fund always attacking muslims and never attacking israel? Splain that within the mediocre tautology of Israel's relative disinterest in what occurs on its border.

The Iraqi Interim Government's Constitution requires the president to be muslim and Sharia to be law of the land. They replaced a secular regime. Those you support and defend killed a secular government that was protecting Syria's Christian minority and replaced it with a Constitutionally Muslim government under which a Christian and Alawite genocide is occurring.
