My comments:
- No one works on their car with a long sleeve button shirt and slacks.
- The car in the photo is some version of a Ford Escape. There isn't anything to work on the driver-side of the Escape where Timmy has his hand. Here's a more detailed shot of what's under the hood

- WTF is he working on WITHOUT TOOLS?
- WTF is he accessing without taking any of the engine covers off?
- Look at the crud accumulated in the corner of the cowl/hood vent. Also, the entire engine compartment is filthy. What a pig!
"Working on a car" isn't what most people do in a parking lot.
He's obviously adjusting his headlights. In the sun. Without the lights on.
I do it all the time. The Allen wrench isn't visible.
And he probably already cut himself (with an Allen wrench) so he's holding pressure on it in his other hand.
You can't see it but he probably has an eyepatch too. **** tools are bad news, man!
