2. If there are several different rates, ranging from 0% to 20%, that is what economists and tax professionals refer to as a "progressive tax system." I said they had one, and you posted the proof. I'm glad you agree we can work together.

You and I might disagree on whether living in a capitalist slave pit will be pleasant and freedomy - but we certainly CAN agree that Singapore is the second best example of what life under more pure capitalism will be like for average folks.
