A man who spends an hour and a half every day on his hair and makeup, and much of the rest of it hacking up inanities on the Innertubes, doesn't have much time for nuances like "the details"...He must be bold, and decisive...

1. By the time the ink dries on her suit, the thing she is suing over won't be a thing. It'll be a case of mate, meet moot. 

2. You're looking for "sense" in the sense of "book learning." Trump is eluding you by applying common sense. 

3. The details are for the little people. Let the artist paint.

4. Don't sweat - it is his third and final presidency (though he had a stand in for the middle one).
