Plus most doctors in this field are some flavor of alphabet soup person themselves. With the multi thousand percent increase in these procedures it's predictable that there will be many thousands that regret their decisions. Decisions made well before adulthood.
What I find curious is that there are literally THOUSANDS of genders - but they only offer two choices for gender reassignment surgery.
