Because taking steps to protect innocent civilians EVEN AT THE EXPENSE OF RISK TO THEIR OWN TROOPS is important to Israel, despite the fact that Jew haters like yourself refuse to acknowledge that and instead make such idiotic claims that Israel is committing genocide!
