Don't you understand that at this point, everything is going to be negotiated as soon as the last member of Hamas is eliminated? (does that bring a tear to your eye?)  Speculation about what WILL happen and who WILL pay for it and who WILL be permitted to live there is all guesswork on your part, and it reeks of desperation since your beloved Hamas is almost completely wiped out.

I'm quite comfortable to wait to see what transpires, but YOU'RE most hopeful that another terrorist group of Jew-haters like yourself will move there and continue to launch missiles at Israel, and that ain't about to happen.
