With only male, female, and neuter to choose from, a man who claims to be a woman is telling a lie, based on settled biology. 

He has effectively confessed that pointing to a man and saying, "That is a woman" is no different than pointing to a bull and saying, "That is a cow.He would rather humiliate himself

I saw where BV humiliated himself earlier with that totally ridiculous reply and what  you just summed up were my thoughts too.
Same goes for any other self respecting man who was looking in.      .
BV DOES PERFORM A VALUABLE SERVICE here though.
