There never has been any promise of 5Gs.
That amount was used as a hypothetical figure for the cast of "The Five" to ask ...."How much of a DOGE generated rebate should go straight back into the treasury as opposed to getting handed out to the public.?"
The answers ranged from  *RETURN ALL OF IT TO THE TREASURY*  to  *GO  1/2 and 1/2*   to   *HAND IT ALL BACK TO THE PEOPLE*
At this point your credibility as a man can't get any lower, so you might as well continue on with your duties as The Forum Clown.....
