A far better question would have been, "Would Russia have invaded Ukraine if Biden the demented idiot didn't announce to the world that Ukraine would decide for themselves if they want to join NATO?"

So guess what happens when morons like you help elect a corrupt, ignorant, senile, pedophile to the position of president, when he has no idea that WORDS MEAN SOMETHING!  Biden AND BIDEN ALONE forced Russia to act to invade to prevent that, AS THEY PROMISED TO DO WHEN INSISTING THAT UKRAINE SHOULD NOT BECOME A NATO MEMBER!
