Funny part is I used to question people for a living. I worked with lawyers on what they would ask in court or in arbitration. He has no **** clue what he is doing.

Ever spend 4 hrs with a couple of bright eyed attorneys from the State's AG office hoping to nail you to a cross for their boss?
No litigator would ever put you on the stand....you'd be plucked like a squab.
