The average American investor who has 10 shares in some Vanguard Mutual Fund, 3 shares of Apple, 5 shares of Disney and 7 shares of Tractor Supply care about the DJIA. Those are the people that voted for Donald J. Trump. Wall Street is negative on Trump, and Trump knows that Wall Street doesn't butter his buns.
