I agree.  Russia stores many of its high end planes in underground bases like the one at Mount Yamantau in the southern Urals.  Mount Yamantu is a vast underground complex and Russia's nuclear command center. They also have an underground complex at Sevastpol called "Object 100", which Russia relies on quite a bit during this current war with Ukraine.
