If you want to gaily prete3nd that anyone speaking against iusrael isn't being persecuted, go right ahead. Florida has enacted legislation that aims to restrict and penalize certain actions related to boycotts of Israel. Many other states besides Florida have enacted legislation or policies designed to discourage or penalize boycotts of Israel, particularly those related to the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement. That is punishing peaceful protest, child. 

Trump is grabbing people up and deporting them for peacefully protesting israel. Not for breaking any law whatsoever - just for "being against US foreign policy." That is punishing peaceful protest, child. 

In Florida, state contractors must pledge allegiance to israel - that they will never boycott them. Here's a list of the other states which have made BDS punishable:
