I think its possible that Trump will pardon him after the next presidential election, but before he steps down. Twenty-two years is ****.  I could see a reasonable judge giving him 5, with Chauvin actually serving 3 of the 5 for manslaughter or something similar. Not to mention the guy was stabbed something like 19 times in the prison where he was first incarcerated. After another 3.5 years, enough is enough.
