No. Unless it is towards the end of his term. It would be too much of a headache and create a firestorm. Chauvin is guilty of one thing - being stupid enough to put his bosses in that kind of predicament.
 

I think its possible that Trump will pardon him after the next presidential election, but before he steps down. Twenty-two years is ****.  I could see a reasonable judge giving him 5, with Chauvin actually serving 3 of the 5 for manslaughter or something similar. Not to mention the guy was stabbed something like 19 times in the prison where he was first incarcerated. After another 3.5 years, enough is enough.
