"Redundant" is again making the assumption those bombers only carry nukes... they don't.
It has weakened the overall arsenal and bloodied the nose of "the bully". Note the quotation marks.
On the world stage, Putin has a huge ego as big as any other world leader. He REALLY didn't like that ****.

My speculation is he will try to put a decisive end to the Uke problem and the cat 'n' mouse stuff is done.

NATO is spoiling for a fight.When he removes their mask, they will show him the ugly.

Personally, I know that he can destroy the will and the fighting capacity of anyone and everyone in the EU, with the possible exception of the UK. Thoise **** love to suffer and seek vengeance. He simply has superior guns, and they don't have a stop.

About the US, I can't say. He launches ICBMs, we launch ICBMs. And he doesn't have the platforms that we have for projecting power. So I don't see him bringing it to us. Unless it's through cyber warfare. Or espionage/saboutage. But that's a way to harass, embarass, and piss someone off - not a way to beat them. He just got embarassed and pissed off. And I agree with you - he is definitely going to bite back really hard. Likely with a fatal combination of blows that he has not wanted to take - but NATO is forcing him to fight this war to the last Coupkrainian. 

Which, again, is really gonna piss him off. 

He has the whole world watching. And he knows it. And he doesn't want to overplay his hand. But his back is to the wall. NATO simply will not stop their shenanigans. It's going to be an interesting **** rest of the week...
