The most important thingy is Basic "Common Sense"
Many Colleges graduates out there with Master Degrees but they dont know "Squat" from.Shinola
Also met High School Drop-outs who aint got a big degree from a Fancy University but know what they doing , how run a job site , and work ya under the table give ya a run 4 it too
They just dont have the Qualifications "On Paper"
