You mean "innate savagery" like the Nazi's murder of 6 million Jews and their assault upon the rest of the world? Or the war atrocities of Putin's murder torture and rape of men women and children in the Ukraine? Or the innate savagery of the slave trade, slavery, the Klan lynchings, Tulsa and a dozen other Black communities like it? The innate savagery of the Trail of Tears and the extermination of whole Native American tribes on the North and South American continents?
