You can have what you what.  I have live there.  They are no m ore different than the rural areas of the eastern shore.  Remember, Looney Toons, the eastern shore of VA is conservative.  I know.  I voted for the congress woman.

Yeah, you probably even know about the Oyster Wars back in the day when Maryland and Virginia clashed over fishing  rights.

To be honest, there wasn't a single conservativve bone in my body  until I came over here and started living with them.  I am the Bubble Beltway Boy over here. It's a curse, but I love the heritage and history, and still some rurality left.  

DC and Baltimore Government retirees are flocking here. Enormous 400K$ mansions popping up like chicken coups.  Talbot County, Home to Rumsfeld and Cheney had the highest per capita millionaires for many years, along with the lowest property tax rates.  It's a suburbanized as the Western Shore now 25 years later.

I am pretty sure I can get a job in construction manegement quickly if.. a big if..  the boom continues. There are dozens of listings for project managers.  High end luxurious shyt is being built here. I love our new gas fireplace (500$ second hand on FB for 170$, 20 lbs tanks is working)  I was thinking of contracting just the outoor fireplace and grill equipment. 

Yeah, the DC shyt storm is actually helping this little neck of the woods. BTW, Hispanic crews put up a 4 bedroom house in 2 weeks on an Ahmish  Block Foundation. They are lightning fast! And Cheap!  I don't think the white boys got taught how to read a tape measure, but they do the electric and plumbing. Yo hablo un poco de Espanol.
