He likes to call it a "Condex", but from the pictures he posted, it's definitely a DUMPlex.
And don't forget, he is the HOA "President" running around with his little clipboard, making life miserable for everyone that lives in their little DUMPLEX TOO!! We call then "Darens", which is the same a Karens, only DUMBER and more violent when put in their place.
