What evidence can you show that grocery prices are "going down"?

Who was POTUS during the time costs rose? 

Pre-2020 Modest, typical inflation (~2% annually)
2020–2021 Supply chain disruptions post-pandemic began pushing food prices higher
2021–2022 Major acceleration — large, sustained increases in grocery prices
2023–present (2025) Prices still rising, but at a slower pace than the 2022 peak
