I know the Hurtage Foundation has been at it for decades.

A guy called into the radio station and in redneck toothless red hat drawl said "They oughta use them water cannons and it'll disperse 'em real quick"
The host said "It's -7 degrees F there, the cannons will freeze!" in attempt to use physics in rebuke to shut the troll up.. The Troll came back and said "Well they can put heaters on those things..." Host interrupts and says "No Water Cannons are going to be used in Minneapolis! That is not going to happen"

My mind was filled witth the schadenfruede vision of an entire crowd of protestors frozen like Han Solo.. These folks are phooking nutz!
