What is the difference between having a job to support living socially here and living to support a reality where nobody accepts life in plain sight? Behind his scenes that he likely refused to look at, the transportation industry is hemorrhaging jobs as our economy slows. I am sure it caused tension at the facility.
The man is in the middle of his career with three kids and is in the ring of the family circle. We may have to end up helping him get through however we can. It could be tough for him to find a new place, especially in trucking.
The job I was chasing in town seems to have been filled or is not needed anymore. I am concerned that outfit is starting to feel the slowdown.
My small town lost half of its jobs in 2025. We are headed to a painful spot in my opinion.
