I have taken a stand.

One that is consistent with RELEVANT observable facts....

Those facts add up to this being the result of Ross REPEATEDLY ignoring procedure.

He placed himself in front of the vehicle AFTER driving around it.

There isn't a single piece of evidence conclusively supporting the propaganda you've been spewing since it happened.

As a matter of fact I stayed away from your diversion  Waiting for you to take a stand.  When you realized that the pic you posted was misleading you ran from it.

Regardless of whether or not he followed procedure is not relevant.  Below are the facts you will delete and run like a coward from:

1.  She was following and impeding Federal Agents.

2.  She was blocking the right of way.  After he drove around her she moved forward.

3.  When she didn't move the vehicle she was ordered to get out of the vehicle.  Is she had done that she would not be dead.

4.  She put the car in drive and moved forward.  If she did not do that, at worst, she would have ben physically removed from the car.

The moral of the story is when federal agents tell you to get out of the car you get out of the **** car.  You don't pull forward and strike an agent.
