By all means point out the propaganda in this:

I have taken a stand.

One that is consistent with RELEVANT observable facts....

Those facts add up to this being the result of Ross REPEATEDLY ignoring procedure.

He placed himself in front of the vehicle AFTER driving around it.  She also moved the car forward before he got to it.

There isn't a single piece of evidence conclusively supporting the propaganda you've been spewing since it happened.
